Logging In
Enter your card number and password into the login box on the right. If you've forgotten your login details you can click on Forgotten Password (under the login box), then enter your email address to have your card number and password emailed to you.

Activating Your Card
If your card hasn't been activated yet go to the My Account page in the F4T For You section of the website. There will be banner at the top of the page promting you to activate your card. Click the Activate Card button and enter your card number to complete the process.

Redeeming Points
You must be logged in to redeem your points. To browse rewards or redeem points, go to the Rewards section in F4T For You. You can browse by category or search for items by value. If you've found something you like, click Add to Cart. Your Rewards Cart will appear on the right showing the items you've chosen. When you're ready to check out, click View Cart and follow the prompts to have your rewards mailed out to you.

| Redeeming a Voucher Online - Log in with your card number and password.
- Click on Redeem Voucher in the F4T For You section of the website.
- Enter the code on your voucher and click Submit.

| Redeeming a Voucher Via SMS Note: You can only redeem vouchers via SMS from the mobile phone associated with your account. - Create an SMS on your phone that contains only the code on your voucher.
- Send the SMS to 0439 131 348
- An SMS will be sent back to you confirming that you successfully validated your voucher.
